Project Overview

A Newly Renovated Harlem Townhouse

Built by Dixon Projects and designed by Almon Architecture, this newly-renovated home features large windows which add to the elegance this Harlem townhouse.

Due to the buildings landmarked status our windows had to comply with the rules and regulations of New York City’s Landmark Preservation Commission (LPC). Our team selected a combination of Double Hung Wood Windows, Magnum Double Hung Wood Windows, French Clad Doors, and Sliding Clad Doors from Marvin Windows. We also chose a Parrett Windows and Doors custom-made French Casement Wood Window with a top fixed transom for the front elevation. All exterior finishes were matched to fit LPC requirements.

“From the garage to the roof deck, every inch of this amenity-filled home is designed to dazzle all who enter. This home’s classic design style mixes perfectly with traditional and transitional elements to return this landmark property to its original beauty with modern finishes.” – Dixon Projects
