Restoring The facade Of A Landmarked Office Building In Soho-0 Restoring The facade Of A Landmarked Office Building In Soho-1

Project Overview

130 Prince Street is located in the heart of Soho’s Cast Iron Historic District. Originally built in 1925, the modern office building spans across 88,000 square feet.

Ownership received approval from New York City’s Landmark Preservation Commission to continue the building’s yellow brick facade down through the storefront to the sidewalk level and increase it’s window lines. In doing so the building will be restored to how it originally looked according to Mr. Soutendijk of Cushman and Wakefield.

We joined Urban D.C, NV/Design Architecture, and Monadnock Construction, as the building’s window installer. Our team worked closely property manager The Kaufman Organization to ensure superb execution. Our team worked closely with one of our top window manufacturers, Optimum Windows, to select the best window product for the job.

As a prime Soho retail spot, the building houses retailers such as Lacoste, True Religion Jeans, Cole Hann and Mac Cosmetics.
