111 Hicks Street

Brooklyn, New York

Project Overview

From grim to glam.

Built in 1930 to the design of Emery Roth Architects, the former Hotel Saint George Tower stands at 111 Hicks Street, Brooklyn. The hotel was once considered the largest luxury hotel in the City and underwent a coop conversion in 1984.

Last year, Katz Architecture released plans and renderings of a new lavish design that is currently in progress. Adler Windows joined the team as the buildings window installer. We worked closely with Optimum Windows to select the perfect steel windows for the project, the product section included 6 windows with arched transoms to mimic the building’s original windows.

Installation is currently underway.
