THE STANDISH CONDOMINIUM IN BROOKLYN HEIGHTS
Congratulations to our Project Coordinator Sue Cho on winning last month’s Photo Of The Month competition. Sue submitted photos of our recently installed windows at 169 Columbia Heights, a former hotel that is currently undergoing a huge conversion into 50 luxury condominiums.
The Adler Windows team replaced all of the windows and doors throughout the former The Standish Arms Hotel. The new windows will enhance the stunning views of Manhattan’s skyline, the New York Harbor and the historic Brooklyn Heights. The Standish is where the essence of the Beaux-Arts movement meets the advances of the twenty-first century. In 1903, just as Henry Ford’s assembly line was gearing up for its Model T and the Williamsburg Bridge opened a new avenue to Brooklyn, The Standish first opened its doors to welcome world travelers.
