The Brooklyn Trust Building – A Brooklyn Landmark, Reimagined For The 21st Century

An official New York City landmarked building that dates back to 1913 has been transformed into a modern gem. The Brooklyn Trust Building features luxurious 21st-century amenities wrapped up in a Beaux-Arts style facade.

The Adler Windows team installed more than 100 window and door units at 138 Pierrepont Street. Once all field measurements were complete, our engineering department drafted numerous sets of shop drawings before submitting an application to NYC’s Landmark Preservation Commission for a permit at Staff Level. We then proceeded with the installation of Kolbe Windows and Doors Heritage and Ultra Series windows.

The Brooklyn Trust Company Building has remained virtually untouched since its cornerstone was laid at the corner of Pierrepont and Clinton in 1913. Designed in the Italian High Renaissance style, this stunning building is modeled after the Palazzo Della Gran Guardia in Verona.
