The Adler Windows installation crew were delighted to finally begin working on
the renovation of “The Jefferson” earlier this month. Located in the East Williamsburg-
Bushwick area, Lincoln Property Company purchased this 125,000 SF vacant
factory for $46 million last September.

Our team of installers will be replacing the windows throughout the entire building
with brand new Graham Architectural windows. The new inspirational office space will
feature 6 floors each of which boasts 21,500 SF that is going to be optimized for office
and retail space. The Dallas based commercial real estate company have posted archite-
ctural renderings to the website, along with brochures compiled of floor plans, images
and transportation details.

The new and efficient building wide renovation will see the introduction of a private roof
deck, a pantry on every floor and 360 panoramic views of Midtown and Manhattan.
Although prices for tenants have not yet been released, The Real Deal have claimed that
landlords are eyeing up rent that could reach $50 per SF. Although many will consider
this price quite extortionate, “The Jefferson” is the only type of newly renovated office
space in this area. Both Williamsburg and Bushwick have undergone a major transition
since the 80’s as they continue to go through the process of gentrification. The area that
was once considered to be a no-mans land now is compiled of lively restaurants, bars,
hotels, street art, weekly markets and much more.
