Adler Windows and its key employees have successfully completed the EPA required training and testing to become a EPA Certified Renovation Firm. Effective April 22, 2010, contractors performing renovation, window repair NYC and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities, and schools built before 1978 must be certified and must follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination. With our continued focus on training, Adler Windows was one of the first New York Companies to successfully complete the new ATI Commercial Installation Masters course. The 3-day course focuses on commercial specific New York window installation techniques, issues, and best practices.

Many homeowners who installed New York replacement windows with qualifying products in 2010 were eligible to receive up to a $1,500.00 tax credit (30% of material cost up to $1,500.00). Effective January 1, 2011, the credit has reverted to 2009 levels of up to $500.00. For more information - http://archive.constantcontact.com/fs089/1102482301929/archive/1104088441212.html
